Transparency is one of the amin values that identify Hotel Grand Teguise Playa. The aim of this transparency portal is to improve the actions aimed at increasing communication with society in general and with our customers.
- Hotel Grand Teguise Playa opened its doors in November 1987. Throughout its history, it has been managed by top-tier companies, and it is currently managed by its present owner. This hotel has been a landmark in Lanzarote in the four-star segment for 35 years and was fully renovated in 2021 as part of a business vision based on investment to improve quality. Over the years, the hotel has received numerous awards and recognitions for both service, given by customers and tour operators, and sustainability, one of our main concerns. Alongside social responsibility, our company strives to reinvest part of its profits into the local community by creating programs to support charitable organizations and ensuring the defense and respect of the rights of its workers.
- Quality is a very important factor for our business as it represents added value for our customers and a distinguishing feature. For this reason, at the Hotel Grand Teguise Playa, we have a quality program that guarantees a measurable standard to follow and helps us improve our performance in all areas of hospitality service. Additionally, we have implemented the procedures of the Comprehensive Tourism Quality System.
- Collective agreements are identified as a fundamental standard for the good governance of the hotel, encompassing the mission, vision, and values that drive us. We organize ourselves in the best way to ensure a solid structure capable of providing an effective response in defending the rights of people with mental health issues and addressing their social and full inclusion needs.
